Return Policy
We curate, pack and dispatch every product with the greatest care. We can accept returns only in exceptional cases when a product is damaged in transit.
If the product has been damaged in transit, please contact us at admin@kaash.space within 3 delivery days.
Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to KAASH. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all KAASH tags and packaging still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
We will replace within 2 weeks if the product is available or issue you a credit note for the full amount, that you can use for anything.
