Shipping Rules and Taxes

1. Made-to-Order Lead Time

    All our artefacts are handcrafted upon order confirmation.
    Estimated production time: 8-10 weeks from the date of advance payment.
    You will receive a confirmation and estimated delivery timeline via email once the advance is processed.

2. Shipping Timelines

    Domestic shipping (India): 5–7 business days after dispatch.
    International shipping: 10–15 business days post-dispatch (subject to customs clearance).
    You will receive tracking details as soon as your product is shipped.

3. Packaging and Shipping Charges

    All items are shipped in premium, secure packaging to ensure safe delivery.
    Within India, we use pre-approved logistics partners who have prior experience dealing with our products. This will ensure that your product is carefully packed and safely shipped. Charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated costs will be shared during checkout.

4. Duties and Taxes

    Domestic orders: GST shall be charged on the applicable rate.
    International orders: Customs duties, import taxes, or VAT (if any) are to be borne by the customer at the destination country.

6. Delays & Communication

    Since each piece is handcrafted made to order, delays may occasionally occur due to craftsmanship complexity or unforeseen supply chain disruptions.
    We will proactively communicate any changes in timelines.

7. Order Tracking

    Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp.
    Our concierge team is available for any shipping updates you may require.

8. Urgent or Gifting Requests

    If you have a deadline (wedding, gift, etc.), please contact us before placing the order. We’ll try our best to accommodate with priority production and express shipping (additional charges may apply).
